Running the PC version (DNS10) I've found that no training is actually sometimes better. If your profile gets too large, it can improve performance again if you just start fresh. :)

Great software! If you are in Canada you can now purchase online at www.Macspeech.ca.

I recently bought a MacSpeech Dictate, and I was so excited, for I NEED it. Now I find that it has a severe problem. It types when and what I am not dictating! I have been told that the company has promised it is working to repair this. Obviously, I am not the only customer with this problem. I want to know when I can expect to have this done.
I am "a Mac person", always supporting the products, and I have had reason to do so in the past. This problem and the vague response as to when it may be corrected are most disappointing.
I am hoping to hear from you soon with some answers!
