Apple has a new mobile operating system specifically for the iPad. It's called iPadOS, and it's based on iOS, which is Apple's operating system for the iPhone.
iPadOS features an updated Home screen, new multitasking options, improved Apple Pencil functionality, support for external drives, folder sharing in Files, and more. We've been testing it for some time on two iPads — the iPad mini 5 and second generation iPad Pro 12.9".
To help people make the transition to this new OS and learn about the great new features, appleJAC will be holding a 2-hour class on October 22nd from 7:00pm to 9:00pm in Kennedy Hall at Immaculate Conception School. The class cost is $20 for appleJAC members and $25 for all others.
